Lead the elephants up to the roof Blue sky / Make the elephants loosen their hoofs Then fly / Set them free they’re not meant to live with you in your kitchen, in your bedroom not ment for you and your bathtub Set them free and your migrane, and your light sleep Set them free and your cynic, and your own creep / And as you kiss them goodbye the elephants cry / Set them free Blue sky Then fly

Things 05:08
who would have thought things change statics push actants all the same / things act upon thoughts actions push things forwards / you haven't changed, things estranged evocation retailed, yet things 've changed / what remains will fade away who evolves cannot fail / things act upon thoughts actions push things forwards
4.
When my helpfulness comes down to no aid and it is held held in disdain, I am irate but no longer helpless. / Salvage me, ah, use me up! / „Nice to meet you again. Why you so touchy?“ Effort is a shell shallow it is. I would rather be the odd one out. / I'll never have my soul worked on. / I am irate but no longer helpless. I'll help myself to the best of both worlds.
5.
Mind the Gap 02:55
Step outside, mind the gap! Step outside, mind the gap! / Went to a decent wedding, helped myself to the cake. Went to a decent wedding, what a mistake! / Step outside, mind the gap! / Went to an offce party, helped myself to some drinks. Went to an offce party, what did i think? / Step outside, mind the gap!
6.
When thinking drives time my mind is a hang fre. White lies lie awake. / While a mind is ahead of the present my thinking is far from perfect and of no lyric entitlement. / I was outthought, guided by voices. I’ve copied a pop copywriter’s test – I’m banned from singing 'bout you.
7.
Savor 04:38
Although I stole from you, I won't regret anything. / Savor your rage, hypocrite. / Punch my temple with your fst, I won't regret anything. / Savor your rage, hypocrite There are no excuses for the things you do. / There are no excuses for the things you do. There are no excuses for the things you do. There are no excuses for the things you do. / May our name be erased! May our name be erased! May our name be erased! My your name be erased, for the things you do.

The News 04:13
extrovert empathy steal my my indecisiveness intimate entity heal me from dysphoria / extrovert empathy intimate entity extrovert empathy intimate polity / what they see is what their mind’s eye already saw before they hit the scene what they read is what their moral made them know before they read the news / privileged wanna-be, confused special snowflake kid unidentified gunmen in a speeding car / use your eyes on scene! what is written in the news?

Never Enough 02:19
There is not enough life in a lifetime. There is not enough time left for words. / There is not enough freedom for lovers. There are many reasons for fighting. / There is never enough humanism. There is not enough daylight in space. / There is never enough humanism, there is not enough freedom for lovers, there is not enough daylight in space

about

'Intimate Polity' was written and played by the band TWISK—Lennart Thiem, Luka Lenzin, Mario Schöning—, recorded in June by Rick McPhail at the upper room. They waited until November when Mario mixed the tunes in New York and Luka designed the sleeve under the moniker it's a counterproduct! It seemed like the thing to do. Fabian Tormin mastered the album in December at Plätlin Mastering and Ameise pressed the vinyl in February at Ramona Records as if it had been cut from a diamond. Thank you Rick for your professionally good intuition, Tom Otte for cinematographic splendour, Jona Laffin for red hot photography, Carl-John Hoffmann for edgy roughs, Daniel Möring for bending bits, thank you Leo, Süder5, Lotti, dreams of movie theatres, actual blueberries, Nomad & Maharg. Thank You for listening. What do you see in a mirror seamlessly pressed against another mirror?
